PEOPLE SAVER PROGRAM

Pacific County Fire District 1 offers CPR and First Aid instruction to individuals and businesses in our community. Our instructors teach curriculum that is certified by the American Heart Association. These classes are often required by employers, and meet the requirements of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of Social and Health Services.

If you are interested in taking a First Aid/CPR class for adults or infants, you may register by phone or in person at the District Office: 26110 Ridge Avenue in Ocean Park, 665-4451. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Classes must be pre-registered and pre-paid. There is no refund of class fees, unless the class is canceled by Fire District 1. If this becomes necessary, students will be given advanced notice of the cancellation and an opportunity to reschedule.

It is a student’s responsibility to know what type of class may be required by his or her employer. We cannot tell you which class you need for employment; we can describe the classes we offer, and make a suggestion. You will receive a certification card after completion of the class. Cards are valid for two years.
